PLANTER PREPARATION GUIDLINE
Proper planter preparation is essential for creating a healthy growing environment and ensuring long-term plant success. A well-prepared planter promotes excellent drainage, prevents waterlogging, and encourages strong root development.
- The top layer of quality potting soil provides the nutrients and structure needed for healthy plant growth.
- The first shade net lining prevents soil from washing into the drainage layer.
- The river sand layer improves water movement and aeration, allowing excess moisture to drain away efficiently.
- A second shade net lining keeps the sand separate from the stone layer below, maintaining the integrity of each layer over time.
- Finally, the bottom stone layer creates a reservoir for excess water, reducing the risk of root rot and improving drainage.
Together, these layers work as a complete drainage system, helping plants establish healthy root systems, absorb nutrients effectively, and thrive with vigorous growth, making the planter easier to maintain and ensuring optimal results throughout the growing season.

KOI DAMS

Our koi dams are powder coated on the inside, have a protective pinch rubber edge and 30mm inlet and outlet.
DUCK POND WITH RAMP
